1. What Data We Process and Why

coperto.cz does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or lead forms. All calculations run strictly in your web browser — your input hourly rates are never transmitted to our servers.

Data processing occurs strictly in these scenarios:

• Server Logs (Technical Metadata): When accessing our pages, the hosting network processes technical data (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) strictly for DDoS mitigation, infrastructure defense, and stable delivery.
• Email Communications & Partner Invoicing: If you reach out via email regarding B2B partnerships, we process your contact information and billing details strictly for response handling and contractual compliance.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

• Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — securing hosting systems and processing incoming requests.
• Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — handling commercial placement agreements.
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — maintaining mandatory statutory accounting records.

3. Data Retention Periods

• Server Logs: Stored for a maximum of 30 days for network security auditing.
• Email Inquiries: Deleted within 1 year from the latest correspondence if no contract ensues.
• Invoices & Billing: Retained for 5 years under Czech Accounting Act No. 563/1991 Coll.

4. Data Processors & Third Parties

We never sell data to data brokers. Technical infrastructure is maintained by vetted processors:

• Vercel: Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) — cloud infrastructure and edge delivery. Transfers to the US are governed under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
• Seznam: Seznam.cz, a.s. (Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5, ID: 26168685) — corporate email infrastructure (Email Profi).
• Fakturovač: Fakturovač s.r.o. (Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 21404241) — invoicing system.

All operational records are managed solely by the controller.
